Naw the nozzles off the manifold

There's a rubber increaser that goes over the nipple on the pump and flares out where the plastic manifold sits into it and the pipe clamp makes it snug. The nozzles off that plastic piece don't fit the standard hose that I get from the hydro store.

To add insult to injury I bought a manifold like the one you posted and it's too small to fit on the pump nipple. But I see from the picture you posted that you can use tubing to bridge the gap and pipe clamps. I may look into that.

The OD of the nipple is about the same size as the OD of the aftermarket manifold I bought

Bro .. there's many different sizes of tubing, adapters, reducers, and fittings. You can get it to work easy.

Its an animal for sure. The outlet is 3/4. I was going to solder 5 - 3/8 barbs onto a chunk of 3/4 copper and cap that. Two barbs on each side and one in the cap. That will be the manifold, which will be inside the tent.

The outlet on the et100 is much bigger though. How many 1/4 barbs am I gonna have to run to not restrict the pump was my question to myself. A a true 3/4 manifold with 3/8 fittings will not restrict that pump, and man that's gonna flow some air. Its made to push air through a 3/4 line down into a septic tank to a massive diffuser.
1/4 outlets aint gonna cut it, unless I want like 12.

There's all kinds of reducers, couplings, threads to slips, anything you'll need to get it to work man. Figure it out. Haba

Was at Ace hardware today and stumbled across some 3/4" ID tubing. Worked nice to bridge the gap. A tad loose on the manifold side, but real tight on the pump nipple. I closed all the nozzles to test the seal and some air was seeping out. Will need to pick up some screw clamps. Then I opened up just one and air was blasting out of it.

Gonna set this up on my 27 gal tote RDWC. Wicked over kill but I'll power my 12 gal rdwc with this as well and any single tote DWCs. RDWC alone are 250 gal.

Pick up some clamps tomorrow. I wanna get some more for the 12 gal system anyways. The polypropylene piping I got for that was a tad loose.

I need to get these totes lifted. Pumps gurgling g between top offs but the sites have a decent amount. I'll try my 550GPH see if that fixes things and still provides a decent flow

Ya know, 18 outlets is such an odd number for manufacturing...

Your roots look great and your plants as well!

They only thing I don't get is the way you have your lights set up.
You loose so much lights because there are no sidewalls with reflecting material.
A lot of light gets waisted in this way. which is a pity, IMHO

What you could do is string 4 wires in your room.
On those wires you hang mylar.
Like a showercurtain.
4 shower curtains around your set up.
I hope you understand my explanation :p

Of course it will not be as smooth as a wall, but at least you keep more lights inside.

I get it. Was thinking of something similar except like a blind so you'd pull down on it.

Not that I doubted I was losing light I did a test and put white poly to the side and watched the LUX meter I downloaded increase. Went from 18000 to 23000
