Rapid rooters disolving into bucket?

OK.. been searching but didn't find it anywhere.. I have had an issue in DWC with almost every grow but never figured it out.. I have nice roots going, white.. no slime, happy plants.. But i always end up with 1 spot that will have like a wad of almost soil stuck to the roots, no slime.. i rinse the crap out and life moves on. What i'm wondering is since i use Rapid rooters to start then put them in net pots with hydronton, over time will the RR's break down and get into the pot and into the roots? (i am in the middle of a grow and don't want to pull out the hydroton to check this) Was just wondering if anyone else has seen this?

Bro, they're basically little compressed coco pellets, with a spongey peat mixed in and some tree bark. It doesn't just "dissolve".

They can rip apart as the stem gets big enough.

Ok.. "Dissolve"was a bad choice of words.. maybe break up would be better... just trying to figure out why i get that brown stuff in a clean system. doesn't seem to hurt anything so no biggy.

they will break apart over time but unless you are top feeding they shouldnt move downwards thru the hydroton.

BTW.. in case anyone reads this.. i figured it out like 2 hours after posting here (always seems to work that way) I use Tribus which i multiply using molasses which of course is... brown... it's all dissolved in a bucket with a airstone but seems it was gathering on my plants roots cause the brown goop... rinsed her roots last night.. cleaned the buckets and i believe it's fixed. I feel like a total idiot most of the time lately
