Random Leaf Spotting and Contorting

I have an indoor grow using a grow tent. Im using a 2x2 ebb and flow system with fox farm nutes. I use hard water unfortunately for my res water supply (tap water) soon to be changed to purified water once I get some 5 gal jugs, and I have been vegging my plants under a t5 4ft 4 tube 6500k light but right now they are under my 600w HPS 18 hours a day due to the fact they outgrew the width of that fluorescent so I ordered another but for now Im vegging under my HPS light and I dont think that is the source to my problem cause the problem has been happening little by little for weeks now.

I have made a thread to try to solve this problem before but rather than bumping it Id rather start a new one with the new info I have gathered and the shit I have tried so far.

As seen below, those are the leaves I have sense cut off but the spotting and coloration of the leaves people say I have a mag deficiency and I should try foilar feeding or lowering the nutes in my res a tad bit in case its nute burn. I have sense tried all those ideas and Im still seeing newer leaves forming these spots which eventually lead to the entire leaf becoming fucked up. Im starting to personally think its a calcium problem but Im not positive. This is in fact my first grow and so far has gone perfect.. but the one problem ive been having are leaves on all 4 plants going bad sometimes its just 1 or sometimes 3 or 4... I usually wait for them to get bad enough where they look so shitty they need to be cut off.

Im thinking about getting advanced nutrients SENSI Cal Mag mix but I have no idea if its compatible with my fox farm regiem.

Anybody have any ideas what I can do to save future leaves from showing these signs of a deficiency? I have already tried adding epsom salt to my res in a well mixed misture and foilar feeding with epsom salt, my leaves are still showing issues these brown spots and recently it has starting to affect my canopy leaves which is a big nono... it used to only be the lower big fans.

okay... so I just took the first 2 pics off of 1 of the leafs that has a mild case of what eve issue I have.. the one under the HPS light is from like 3 or 4 days ago.. and thats the worst leaf Ive had... but like 95% of the leafs on my plants are perfect and show no signs of a problem and when I look hard enough I can find these brown spots on some big fans towards the middle of the plant or recently I have started seeing these signs on my new leafs as well.

I really need some professional opinions here.. cause my plants are showing serious signs of maturity ( little white hairs on the stocks ) so I might not put them under fluorescents again for veg when my new light gets here and I may just flower them in the next week. My avatar shows a recent pic..

Im using Fox farm nutes, should I start introducing them to tiger bloom which I believe is my nitrogen nute, could these problems be because they arent getting the nutes they need or even because Im using H2o2 with organic nutes?

It's a Ca deficiency. What is your reservoir PH? You don't state it or i missed it. Also, what are the ppms?

I didnt state the pH cause any1 who is growin should know 5.5 to 6.0 is the range lol I keep mine anywhere from 5.6 to 5.8 usually 5.6 cause the pH goes up like a point with each watering and I even go as far to check the pH when my shit kicks on lol Im serious about pH stability. I dont have a PPM meter yet I plan to get one for my next grow and learn about those ranges but I have some money problems right now so I change my res once a week because of this. If your positive its a CA deficiency I will get some Cal / Mag mix.. from advanced nutrients, I herd they got some good Sensi Cal Mag mix.. But Im not sure if I should alter my Fox Farm nute portions if I add this Cal Mag mix lol im so new to growing I dont know this stuff!!!

Anyone who is growing SHOULD know the proper ph, that doesn't mean we all should just assume that your ph is correct. If I tell you to add Cal-Mag to an already overdosed reservoir with a higher ph and and somehow your ph drops, you could have Ca toxicity problems. Your ph should be naturally fluxuating between 5.5 and 6.1; that is the ideal range. However, if you are at the higher end for long, Ca is locked out and rust spots start to appear. Lack of Ca causes Mg problems. When asking for help with hydro problems, always provide the ph and ppm or your advice may vary widely, because we are guessing...

Cal-Mag is safe to add, hard to burn a plant if you follow the label.

OMG I love those charts!! I cant save enough of them lol.. Thanks for the post, I trust your advice so Ima order some Cal / Mag Mix, Any recommendations? the only mixes I have found are Botanicare and Advanced nutrients.

Also, what pH level do you recommend to fix this problem. My pH does fluxuate but it only goes up lol never down on its own but I never take it down to 5.5, 5.6 is what I kept my pH at for a long time. Recently been keeping it at 5.8. Do you think I should foilar feed with a 1/4 solution of nutes? if so what should I adjust the pH to in the spray?

i grow in soil and i get leaves looking like that IMO its phosphorus and i say this cause when i get it if i give the plant my flower nutes insted of my veg it clears up
