Rain Water

Hi all, i have a problem with some of the leaves on my plants having yellow dots all over them (and its all the way up the plant so not splashes),i thought it could be nute burn until i realised that in fact i have been putting too little in for the amount of waterso the only other thing i can think of is that i have used water from a water butt in the garden could this be the problem?im going back to tap water that has stood for 24 hours to see if that helps.
Anyone else got any thoughts?

could it be burns from water droplets setting on the leaves when the sun is out?

I use rain water without any problems. What's your pH?

the ph is about 7.2 ,i have got a walnut tree in my garden and im sure a few have fallen in the butt,could they be the problem?
