rain water has low ppm 3-5

just measured the ppm of rain water and it is 3-5 which is the same as reverse osmosis.

Most tap water is 200-350 ppm which is not good for growing

So if you want good water cheap...catch is outta your gutters. plants will love it!

I was thinking, is the rain water really good these days? Because... there is alot of shit in our sky.. chemicals.. Acid rains and shit... you know? Is cool to get some rain water anyway?

May be if you live in a very big city IDK I just started using rain water because its the cheapest way of getting water under 10ppm. My well water is 280-290 ppm!

If the ppm is 5 then there is not much of anything in there. Tap or well water has all kinds of minerals in there you can see them floating around in the water. When you hold rain water up in a clear glass you dont see anything floating in there thats because its clean.

When using rainwater or water from the dehummer, both very pure, don't forget to use a cal/mag booster. Most modern nutes are formulated for tap water which has a lot of calcium in it.
