Raddish Question

Hi all. I have some radishes in my fridge and I was looking at them today and they have roots growing and green growth. When I got them they had none of that so my question is can I actually grow them and let them go to seed or would they just rot when I plant them and try to grow them?

You can for sure try to plant them out, but some may rot, others will flourish.

Ive done this with success from a unique type of turnip I wanted seed for, and it worked out pretty well.

I was gonna try it out in a DWC system but leave the food part above the water
