Qustions about Grow Room Setup

Hello guys,
My Grow Room 4m x 3m, 20 plants photoperiod, with 4 different strains.

I'll use split AC like this, with 2.5 horsepower

I'll make two Carbon Filter DIY inside the room, Like this concept, there are no ducts go outside the room
1618837036633.png1618837082746.png
I'll use this tutorial littleloveliesbyallison, whatforme

I really want to hide the odors or emissions because I grow in a populated place
- What do you think about carbon filters like that (DIY, inside the room)?

- Also, What's your opinion about this AC, does this AC will exchange the air and let odors go outside?

- Can I use exhaust like this, (cause I can't find other exhausts in my country)?

I really want a lot of weight, I'll use 100 COB LEDs on 60~70w for each led (total 6000~7000w) inside the room 3m x 4m
I'll use heatsink+fan (like the processor in pc) on each LED to cooling them.

- do you think this AC good for room temp?

- Do you think I need a CO2 Generator or an o3 Generator?

- What do you expect dry weight?

The basic requirements for this project:
  • no leak any odors or emissions outside
  • The heaviest possible weight of the dry buds
the questions with Bold line
Also, if you have any advice for me, I'll be more pleasure :weed:

Probably a little overkill on the light. Should be able to do that space with 4000w - 5000w.

Not sure how many BTU 2.5hp A/C is?

You shouldn't need exhaust with the A/C.

Yes the filters will work, just don't have the door open.

Yes you will need CO2.

The smell will escape with AC water drainage, it happened with me and it smelled so good :weed:

-what do you mean by 2.5 horsepower ? 2.5ton ?

-co2 generator yes, ozone no

air conditionners only exchange refrigerant gaz between indoor and outdoor units
the air in the room is not vented by any mean, only recycled, thats why you need a co2 burner

carbon scrubbers good idea if you can afford

Do you think one of this will be good and enough for project?

You means the diy carbon filter ?
oh 0.5 ton .. 6000 btu ? it's very small

i don't like electric ignition gennies. i prefer the good old pilot flame, more reliable and not dangerous
plus i find elec ones can give off some propane/NG smell during ignition

very serious brand, always answers to email and fast to send spares

1619209589743.png
or this one

you will need not less than 2 ton of air conditionning for your setup

it really depend on your outdoor climate/room isolation

and dont forget to get a dehumidifier, a big ass one

honestly by the size of your room i'm not sure you will put 7000w of light inside .. looks a bit optimistic

yeah 24000 is fine
personnaly i would by 2 AC's 1 ton each. if one die the other will allow you to finish the run

is it hot where you live? (most of the time)
if yes 24 000btu can be short for what you aim

It looks like they either made a mistake naming that product on the website, they're posting the rating of the compressor motor, or "STD 3 HP" stands for something else completely irrelevant. I would go by the 23.5K BTU/hr which is basically 2 tons. Makes sense because it says somewhere else it's a 24K BTU/hr unit and it heats at 23.7K BTU/hr.

With that said you also have to factor in your other equipment like dehumidifier, CO2 generator, pumps, Ozone generator, whatever is in the space. It looks like you only did the lights. Dehumidifiers can add some serious heat, especially. 6000-7000w lights + dehumidifier + 40C (104F) days sounds like a stretch for a single 2 ton unit.

You mention no ducts outside but then ask about exhaust fans, what are you getting at? Do you plan on adding ducting to exhaust outside? If so you may want to rethink CO2.

Also, maybe that guide helps you scale up but those carbon filters look tent sized. The carbon scrubbers for a room of that size will be significantly larger.

What do you expect dry weight? ~1lb

1lb per plant?

max temp outside reach 38~40 C and not for most time that's in hot waves
my room is hidden between other high buildings, which allows my room to be hidden from direct sun

do you think that's true?
after a long search, what they saying doesn't make sense
You are going to be running 6000 watts of light, and you're going to need alot of dehumidification. Dehums create alot of heat. You are going to need more than 24,000 BTU if you want to run 6,000w of light and dehums.
