Anyone use it and how did it work for you?
Anyone use it while high? LOL any side affects? :bigjoint:

Hope this works, the cheapest pack of smokes around here is $8/pack now it used to be $1.50/pack for the best when i started smoking!!

Bu bu bu bu Bump it up!!

I quit smoking before this thread was even created. I got sick one day, a normal bout of the chronic bronchitis, and said to myself.....'Self, lets see how long we can go without smoking a ciggy...'

That was well over 6 years ago.

Oh, when I quit smoking ciggys, I quit getting sick once a year with a chest infection. As a matter of fact, I haven't been sick aside for a common cold here or there in the past 6 years. When I was a smoker, every fall when the temps would change, I'd get a chest infection that put me outta comission for a few days. Food for thought.

It's crazy how cigarettes can have such a hold on a person. I've been a smoker for around 25 years. I honestly feel like I can't quit. It's horrible. I hate it but it calls my name. "Polo, oh Polo come smoke me."
And I do.

There have been times in my life when cigs were not available and it didn't bother me one bit but if I can acsess them I can't not smoke. I spent 12 years in the Marine Corps and in certain situations smoking a cigarette could have cost me my life. I was a recon sniper and a glow from a cig or the smell would have given my position away. Didn't bother me at all not to smoke then even though that's when a person might need one, a life threatening situation, threatening to my life or ready to take someone else's life. Stress makes a smoker need a smoke. During my service in the Corps I got Forrest Gumped ( shot in the ass) and spent a couple days in hospital. No patch. No smoking. No problem. But if it's available and ok to do I'm like a crackhead about it. Funny how shit works.

My service ended when my unit was ambushed and I was seriously injured. I broke my back in 4 places. Spent a lil over 2 months in hospital. No patch, no smokes, no problem. I thought to myself at that time that I would quit because I had been so long without but that didn't last 5 minutes. The transport driver that picked me up smoked and I bummed one and was right back in the groove.

My wife is a dr. so I have her in my ear everyday about the smoking. She won't pick me up a pack on the way home or even be in the store with me if I'm buying them. She hates them and begs me to quit but I feel like I truly can't. Fuckin sucks.

I hate cigarettes. They are my biggest regret in life.

Ok rant over, time to light up.

Polo

You gotta get the pills. I smoked for more than half my life, even quit once for 7 months (until back surgery again). Easy as pie....my spouse smoked as well and it was the simplest thing to do...I couldn't believe it. It honest to god makes you forget about it.

the leading cause of erectile dysfunction in men over 50 is cigarette smoking. If that doesn't help you quit, nothing will
