I was wondering if i could move my cfls daily or every 2-3 days to different parts of the plant other then the top...would this improve bud sites at all?

yes it will help, but i would suggest leaving some lights at the top so they don't stretch on you.

Make a sphere of CFLs and use null-g to make the plant float and spin in the middle of the sphere. I grew 20 pounds in 45 minutes that way

Seriously though, I think moving lights or rotating plants is nothing but a good idea, shouldn't it be most desirable to never have a shadow anywhere on the plant so every square inch is always photosynthesizing, but if you can't, shouldn't each leaf get equal photosynthesis practice?

I end it with a question mark because I don't want anyone to think it's my expert opinion, it's more of a semi-informed amateur first timer opinion

ill move then every two days from bud site to bud site or atleast one ill move around the plants...
