Ok so if you're like me smoking just doesn't cut the mustard or at least doesn't last long enough for you to get through the day. So recently I've been trying to figure out more ways to medicate less but with lasting effects and today I crafted something that worked quite well. All I did was grind up what I normally would have smoked in a sitting and put it into an envelope I made from aluminum foil. I then proceeded to heat it at ~215 degrees in my oven for 12 minutes. After letting it cool I scooped it out from the tin foil and put it in capsules. I fit a little over half a gram into 3 capsules and dosed later today around 1pm. I am pretty lifted still so it's a keeper as far as recipes go. So please if you have anything to share by all means do so.
