I just have a couple questions before my seeds arrive and i germinate

1. Once seeds germinate can they be put outside in pots?

2. Will my seedlings survive on my patio if they only recieve 3 hours of direct sunlight? This will only be for about 2 weeks untill i transplant into the ground.

Unfortunately thats not an option for me right now. But do you think they will survive with 3 hours of direct light? I know its not the best and they might be a little stretchy, But its all i really got for right now.
