in my grow box it says the heat is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit. is that a good temp? and if not how do i cool it off?

Thats an ok temp...whats the humidity at? If the temp rises much more though, you could cool it off by exhausting that hot air out of your grow box which in turn would draw (hopefully) cooler air in.

80 f fine like ^^^ said... also what is your RH?
If below 40 RH and above 80 f... that is the zone that issues could start...

Also remember the area between your top cola, and the bottom of your light is where you should check...
This area will possibly run - 5 points RH and + 5 F Temp...
