i heard u can use a mh light for the whole growth period it will just take longer is this tru or false? my trees a girl and she looks very health and all ive been using is mh

you can use just a mh or hps or a cfl throughtout the entire process. its just better to use mh for veg hps for flower.

I use an HPS for the entire grow and all is well.
