quick question re querkle!

Hi guys,

I popped 4 of my querkle beans a couple of months ago along with 2 femmed motavations beans. Im growing in coco (so sorry if im posting in the wrong forum but since these are subs beans I thought he'd be the man to ask!) and managed to bork my nutes a little so they've all had an extended 8-9 week veg period whilst i brought things back under control. 4 weeks under a 250w cfl and 4-5 weeks under a 600w MH.

3 of the querks were male so I am left with 1 very fine looking female who has been topped and cloned, and the 2 mota's.

They will have been under 12/12 for 14 days as of today and the querkle is looking LOVELY, like a small maple tree! Now, from my research it seems the querkle has 2 main pheno's a Z and an SQ, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me which pheno I have from a couple of pics?

I have to say, I have VERY high hopes for this querkle lady, she looks a beautiful uniform emerald color top to bottom and has a lovely sweet musky earth scent already. I've grown genetics from greenhouse, nirvana, DNA and Dinafem, and none have really excited me the way the querkle is. I will definitely be buying your Dank book this weekend!

Hope someone can help I am really looking forward to one of the querkles turning purple, If I get my keeper in the 1st run I'll be in 7th heaven!

Oh & Subcool, a special thanks to you dude, for sharing & refining the genes of the plant & giving your knowledge freely on this website :) Keep up the good work mate.

Heres the pics!

All 3 of my ladies together, the querkle is the tall one on the left, 2 motavations on the right.

This is the querkle, is she showing Z pheno traits?

And a closeup of a top, note the straw supporting the stem where i was a bit rough bending and twisting.

Thanks for any help or advice offered.

can no-one help? I don't mind playing the waiting game but it would be nice to have a better idea of what im looking for, I gotta admit in a lot of the other pics I seen all the pheno's look the same!

I'm not 100% but I think Sub says they all pretty much grow the same. It's the finished bud that may be diffrent. The SQ one has a bit of a cherry flavor with a stronger head high. Just trying to recall what I read.

If that's the case and they all go purple then I'm gravy!! Cherry is my favorite flavour anyway. Happy days! Thank you bud.

Yeah no prob man here's some info off one of his threads.

This Indica dominant hybrid has a great taste and out of a 5 plant test run all 4 females turned a nice shade of purple with warm temps throughout. Our goal was to recreate the nice grape flavor but ad some speed to the slow Urkle mom and the results are better than we expected and finding 2 keeper moms from the very small test run we did. Results from the field verify mild variation, good yields and fantastic flavor and colors. This hybrid has been featured in both Skunk and Hightimes magazine.

1) Phenotypes –Two main females one Short and very purple with grape flavors, the variation is a slightly more SQ dom with a taller frame and more sativa buzz.
2) Height- Short and dence does well un topped but faster than Urkle.
3) Yield-Medium to heavy if extended veg time is given mainly due to bud density.
4) Indoor has only been tested so far
5) Best way to grow-Vegged to a large bush Or untopped in scrog.
6) Harvest Window-8 weeks
7) Sativa/Indica 20/80
Hybrid- Urkle x Space Queen
9) High type- Indica head and grape taste make it total all day headstash.
10) Smells: Grapes, fruit, berries, musty
11) One of my favorite things to smoke out of a clean bong the flavor is just amazing and IMO better than Mom.
