Quick Question On Lighting Schedule

Hey guys... I don't mean to be ignorant but i have been searching for a proper lighting cycle for my plants. Right now I am in Week 3 and running 24/0 like a friend of mine told me.

I would rather take information from you guys here. I am sure you guys know better then me. From what I understand in once I end this month I am suppose to set the light back 1 hour a day until I hit 12/12 ?

Can someone clarify? If you have links to other threads or any information that's fine. I just couldn't find any among my searches. maybe coz im a little zoned.

You dont neccesarily have to do it a month in, you can do it whenever, and you do not have to do it gradually, you can do 24/0 one day, and 12/12 the next and the plant will start flowering.

When is the recommended time? I am growing 4 plants... in about a 2.5 x 1.5 x 1.75 box with CFL lighting... Reg bag seed... Should I wait until 1.5 months before going into flowering? How long should the flowering period be?

well i'd flower them as soon as they are mature... because bag seed can throw you a number a different phenotypes. some will be tall some might be short. Some might be hermies some might be males... so just keep that im mind when growing bag seed.

Yeah this is my first grow .. to be honest i was just hammered one night and decided i want to do it so i germinated what i had...

I want to buy some big bud, northern lights, or something like that online. I am just paranoid at the whole thing. What stops them from tracking orders?

you should come down to california where for the low low price of $125 you can legally smoke, possess, and cultivate marijuana. Good ol Senate Bill 420. I dont think the DEA or police have the time to investigate everyone who buys seed online, after all its not a crime. So long as you dont invite them in your house, I doubt they are gonna watch you 24/7 and wait for you to slip up so they can raid your pad and bust you for a few plants. I have however read an article that said not to use PayPal, because they report orders that they deem to be suspicious or delinquent even if they are legal purchases. So Everyone should boycott PayPal.

There are doctors all over the place that thats all they do is write prescriptions for marijuana, $125 for 1st year, $80 to renew after that. Where I live In the san fernando vally I can pick up a rock and hit 5 medical marijuana dispensaries. There are literally hundreds here in so cali. With the card you can legally carry 2 ounces, and grow ATLEAST 12 plants, there is no real limit as long as it is for personal use which is hard to disprove. I read about a guy that had 700 plants and got community service and probation.

so how tall should i let my plants get before i top them? ... since my container is a lot more wide then tall.

theres like 13 states now that do it but I think California is leading the way, a democratic president will definitely move it in the right direction so vote Obama! Actually Ron Paul would be the best but we all know that aint gonna happen.
