basically if i Germ and veg inside under a 1000w MH LAMP on a 24hr light cylcle and place them outside will they start to flower almost immediately the temperature here in florida is perfect outside and i have a nice spot out in the woods behind my house since im a logger

You should put them under 12\12 for one month then outside.
Or youll be looking at harvesting later in the year not sure what you daylifgt hrs are like\.

sun comes out full blast about 8 am and goes down completely around 8-8:30 pm . i'll start them on a 12/12 cycle now then and put them out in 3-4 weeks
