hey i live in washington and will be growin outdoors for my first time. i got early misty lined up and is supposed to be able to withstand colder climates which in march and april will probably be in the 50s and maybe the 40s. i was thinking of planting early april. to all you experienced growers, is that a good time to start? or should i wait until may or even june? i wont be startin it off indoors but might go from a potted plant and transplant it to the ground after a month or so.

Start To Vegg Indoors And When The Plant Is Big Enuf, And Its Warm Enuf Outdoors Then Plant Out.
Its Always Good To Start Plants Indoors, Or Even A Indoor Windowsill/greenhouse.

not always true. but april and may is best time but it all depends how big you want them and when the frost is gone.

the last frost is like the third week in march and I dont have the possibility of growing indoors. do you think they will survive if i germinated them and planted them straight outdoors in april? or started them in pots outdoors then moved them?

yes they have been surviving that way for years:mrgreen::blsmoke: plant them in april and they will be done sometime between september and november depending on strain.

yea first grow so i hope i time my harvest right
theres nothing to it really. just invest in 10$ magnifying glass with light at radio shack and watch the trichomes on the buds until 80-90% of them are amber color rather then milky white or clear. or when 80% of the white hairs are red/brown and the buds are compact but that method can be unreliable sometimes.:blsmoke:
