quick question about harvesting

A quick question guys.

When my buds are ready on me plants.
can i just cut the buds off to let new buds grow, or is this not possible.

do i have to cut the whole plant up.

You can cut buds off and send it back into veg, but I think it takes longer to produce the second time around and the yield/quality isn't as good....I asked the same question the other day

ahh ok then. is it possible to harvist and then take a clone off it. the plant is ace and i dont want to loose it.

I think cloning needs to be done earlier than that....around the start of flowering maybe? That one I'm not sure on, check the FAQ

From what I have read, you can clone at any time...it will just take longer to root if in mid/late flowering. I'd re-veg and then take a bunch of clones.
