Quick question about FloraGro and Micro

I have a 3 pod aerogarden and id like to know how often to give my plants these nutes and how much is enough. They are curently about 6" tall. Any help would be greatly appreciatedThx
start off at 1/4 of the recomended dose by manufacturer then work your way up to full strength

I've followed it religiously for the last 3 grows with no problems, and pretty decent harvests.

Thanks guys..a lot actually..Ive given them one nutrient treatment a week and a half ago Ginja ..but it was what the bottle suggested which i had a feeling was too much.. And Abnjm, Ive seen that chart before but I wasnt too familiar with it at the time..now it makes MUCH more sense...Thanks again!!
