ok so i was wondering if i get a 60 site aeroponic system can i put grown cutlings in there to go threw the whole flowering stage? might be a dumb question i have only used soil +REP

You would want to transplant them into a bigger system otherwise I dont see the stem getting thick enough to be able to hold up and bud. There are at on of cheap DIY guides on this website about it.

Yes. I have been using a 24 site for a couple grows.
I take the clones, once they have rooted, and stick them in the pots with the hydroton. I water them daily by hand for a while, meanwhile leaving the pump on 24/7.
After a few of them show roots through the netted pots I stop hand feeding. I feel like the hand feeding will get the roots to fall faster and makes sure that they are getting all the water they need.
My first grow in this system I didnt hand feed at all. The hydroton will hold and spread the moisture efficiently.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Oh yeah, make sure your roots dont clog the drain tube/pipe, or you will end up with most of your res on the floor.
