Hello fellow Farmers/gardners this is my first outdoor plant, shes pretty big id call her huge for starting her so late in july. The top buds are just starting to finish up i saw the first bud with a slightish amber color and the calyst hairs are brown and retreating into the calysts. (still new to it but im trying to give you a nice idea of how it looks, dont have a working picture device or i would just post a pic.) The buds look swole and i was just wonder its getting late into the season, i want to take her down. We dont have any signs of frost here and we just got hit by a cold rain during a warm day, its nice and dry and warm now. But the plants not getting 12/12 due to the shade of a tree that's now just starting to shade it more and more due to the suns placement in the sky around 1-2pm. Oh, and the hairs on the bud are purpleish white and a dark white like milkyish, but the caylst are brown. The THC production is good, the sweet leaves have thc on them and i was just thinking should i throw her into some soil, to flush her an put her in my basement under some florescent lights to dry out a few days not long, i want to harvest soon soon. So heres my QUESTION: Should i leave her out there till the soils a bit drier, or even just let her go another week. Or should i bring her in let her flush in some organic soil (it consists of mushroom compost, regular organic potting soil, organic manure, bone meal and vermiculite and perlite.) I think i want to dig her up put her in a nice big pot like 5-10g and dry her out. So that one she'll dry quicker, also the buds will pick up the last of the resin and stuff idk like i said im new so im posting for advice. I'm thinking that the last rain and watering gave her a lot of water weight, which is why im liking the idea of letting her get the final nuts she wants from the soil mixture i got then cutting her up. (also if anyone knows anything about regeneration into reveg i would like to know if i got her into that i could clone her because shes a good looking plant.) Oh this might help too the buds on her are all about the size of golfballs so id like to think hes done. (i want to dry her out because i have a feeling they are ganna shrivel to about half that size.) I know pictures would help 100% but any advice from experianced outdoor growers would help. (bag seed so idk the strain but i think its derived from a type of indicud. its short stout and i super cropped it so its fat round and close to the ground.)
