questons on breeding

i plain on starting my own grow room soon, and iv been learning as much as i can on diffrent strains , grow systems , breeding etc..... i plain on useing a hydrophonic set up and i plain on trying to devlelope my own strain , i allredy have a few strains i want to work with but i havent found any information on grow order and sex to obtain the qualitys i want from them. I.E i want to use blue berry plant and bubble gum plant, BB for apperence and tast and BG for tast, once thats staible strain id like to cross it with and ice plant for resion crystal out put, and finley id like to through in a little haze for the high thc out put and the killer head high.
so basicley what im askeng is there any order i want to breed this in, and also what plants do i want to be male and wich female, or does any of this even matter. any other advise would be usefull seeing as im going to be new to growing/breeding.
