No expert but seeing as everything else looks green & healthy, you either have a muncher or a hot spot. Hot spot could be from drop of water or some kind of ding or Knicks in your reflector.

i found a few really weird looking bugs in the soil... i couldnt get any pics of them but i found a pic on the internet and 1 of the bugs looks like this............

another kind of bug ive been seeing in the soil look like these tiny little spider looking things.... but they dont look like any spider mite pic ive ever seen.. but i cant get a damn pic of 1 to put up....
what is neem???? and how can i get this?????????

Neem is short for Neem oil, It comes from the Neem tree in India. You mix it with water and spray your plants with it to help keep spider mite population in check. It is sold at most nursery's online, eBay, lots of places.

would it be ok to continue without the oil if my plant is going to be done in a few weeks???? or do i have to get the oil fast????

Ya know, I found its best never to do anything real fast when you are growing, do a little and watch what happens.
Neem oil is applied to the bottom of the fan leaves, you do not want to hit the buds with it because moisture can collect and cause mold over time. Also it is best to wash it off by spraying again after a couple days so the plant can breath again.

I cant tell you if it is going to be ok or not, I have no idea of the extent of the damage.
I can tell you when you go to harvest and you got some spider mites in the buds, Not creating a canopy of webs, I think its best to leave them alive so when you hang the buds and they start to dry the mites will leave the buds. They cant do that if they are dead.

BTW that pic sure looked to me like a hot spot created by a drop of water. and that bud if it is what it you have is actually a good thing. the bug in the pic eats spider mites.
