No pro but love the even canopy. Any advice you could give a noob to get a canopy that even would be awesome.

Did removing the fan leaves stunt anything ?

just remember unless they are entirely shaded they are probably still adding a good deal of energy to the plant. they are also nutrient reserves to help buffer overfeeding and to supply nutrients when underfed... the sugars in the leaves are what make good tasting weed.. during the flush on the last week or 2 you give the plant plain water so that the plant purposely uses the reserves.

ive really just been doing what i can with what i have at the moment and it seems like its been going pretty well . I really want to know if its male or female though 
this is my first time grow she is a bag seed she started off in backyard dirt but she is just in regular potting soil at the moment in a box with white walls with 4 55 watt cfls she was REALLY bushy and the main fan leaves were dying and dropping cause they werent getting any light barely ao i just cut them off (thinking it would deliver the nutrients to the top leaves and bud sites more) im probably wrong but ive always used tap water to water her its about 3 cups of water everytime the top layer of dirt is dry . Hows that for ghetto ? Lol i get paid this friday im about to buy a shit ton of equipment and get some kush seeds (yes my plant is reg lol) thanks for the help though bro

You'll know soon on the sex. Here's my male at 5 weeks right before I threw it out....with extreme prejudice! Balls suck!
