Questions about CBD

Hi all,

I've been smoking marijuana for about 4 years, and started smoking several times a week, sometimes daily for the past 6 months.

About two or so months ago a co-worker purchased a CBD cartridge for his e-cig, and let me take a few hits. At the time I had a mostly relaxed body high feeling, but I had only taken like 2 hits.

I decided to purchase my own CBD cartridge from my local tobacco shop. Everything that I have ever read about CBD has said that it does not make you high, so I was not expecting to feel much when I began vaping on the CBD cartridge.

After a good few hits, I was completely lit (for lack of better words). I've tried several different brands such as "purple clouds CBD," "black magic," "Yolo CBD," and a flavorless type that comes in plain packaging labeled with "CBD oil LLC." All of these brands have gotten me higher than any flower I have ever smoked (including dabs). I know about 10+ people who vape it regularly, and they all claim to have the same experience.

This stuff is so strong that I've had friends fall over while they were standing, and have a panic attack because they couldn't understand why they were falling. I've also had friends that appeared to be sleeping, but I later found out that they were conscious, but couldn't move or speak. Most of the time the high lasts for 30-60 minutes.

Also it makes my eyes very red and glossy, and marijuana doesn't even usually make my eyes red unless I smoke a lot. If I go out in public people can instantly tell I am baked.

Overall I'm curious to see what others' experiences have been with CBD? I'm worried that the stuff myself and my close friends have been vaping could be laced with some type of chemical. If it was laced, how could I find out?

Yes, many producers will simply use a solvent extract (ie. hash oil) of a high CBD strain which isn't anywhere near 100% CBD and still contains high quantities of THC.

Cbd heals not gets you high. There has never ever been one single.reported case of an overdose or death resulting from thc or cbd.

That doesn't sound like CBD at all. Most "CBD" strains and products I have gotten at dispensary have had little to no CBD in them at all, and were mostly all THC. Like others have already said, a true CBD isolate/cartridge should have no felt effects at all. I puff on vape liquid all day made from CBD isolate and I don't feel anything from it, just less stressed and tense. Even if it was derived from cannabis and not hemp, a true high CBD cart (2:1 or greater) should have little to no psychoactive effects.

I won't recommend CBD at all. Too strong. I don't want to experience fatal results.
Wew lad, that's some nice trolling. The delivery could've been more nuanced, but it gave me hearty chuckle indeed. 7/10
