Questions:20 days old(pics)

My plant is 20 days old, I was giving it soft water that is why the bottom leaves are a little fucked up looking.My first question is: Can I trim the bottom leaves that are pretty damaged from the soft water(pic#5)because there is alot of new branches popping up in the middle of the blant? I have had my lights on 24/24(3 27w.6500cfl) should I go 18/6 or wait a while? There is 6 sets of leaves plus all the new green popping up in the middle. Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't recommend chopping off any leaves, especially one that is only 20 days old. Only chop off leaves if the plant is in vegging, and only if the leaf is +50% damaged. Also, you can always go 18/6, some people prefer to do this from the start. There is little difference to the plant growth from 24 to 18/6, plus it'll save you on electricity costs.

I heard if you water too much the leaves will be limp?

thats overwatering. the limpness and the brown edges give it away. DO NOT chop any leaves off unless they are damaged.

they dont look so bad dont clip anything yet and they dont have any buds dude their to young yet.
