Yes it would. All kinds of plants are shipped live.
But I don't know of any place that ships clones. Due to the legalities you won't find a supplier.

Exactly why it wouldn't survive the process..
They would have to hide the fact that they are cannabis clones and the proper care would not be applied. Didn't think I had to go into so much detail.

It would be easy to ship a clone. People do it all the time. They just don't advertise what they are doing. I could ship a clone from Oregon to Australia and it would arrive alive. But if I had a site that shipped live clones the feds would throw me in prison. Seeds are one thing. Live plants are another.
You don't have to go into any detail to be wrong. I don't understand what point you're trying to make. A clone could definitely survive the process. You don't make any sense. Clones are being sent via mail daily and surviving. People doing it just don't make it a habit of letting others know.
