The MTO is the DMV - in metric.

And don't even think about smiling for your mug shot when you have to renew your license. Four retakes at one of their offices in Scarborough because the MTO lady felt I looked too happy.
Smiling screws up the facial recognition features in your pic which is why they don't want you to smile. I drove the lady at DMV nuts because I refused to not smile and she couldn't show me in the law where it said I couldn't. It wasted a bunch of my time but I have plenty of time to be a thorn in the government's side for privacy rights.

Just going to run through some basic math to try to answer your question. This is just napkin math, but it may be the closest you will find to an objective answer to a tough question you asked.

A square meter equals roughly 10 square feet. So, 700g/10sq ft = 70 grams per square feet.

Most indoor plants from 20 - 35 days of veg will take up about 2ftx2ft (depending on training), or roughly 4 square feet.

So, 4sqft x 70g/sq ft = 280 grams per plant. That is 10 ounces.

That all said, as many have said, you will not get 10 ounces off of one plant with your first grow (or maybe ever). I would think 3 to 4 ounces your first grow would be a win.

Good luck!
