No you can't. They are both Schedule I, controlled substances in the United States.
- LSD
- MDMA
- Marijuana
- Heroin
- Mescaline
All carry the same charges; yeah you read that right, marijuana is in the same category as heroin.

In Canada for schedule 3, Every person who seeks to obtain the substance, without disclosing authorization to obtain such substances 30 days prior to obtaining another prescription from a practitioner, is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years.
So and fucked up. I think there is room for some serious loop holery, mind you they probably wouldn't convict on such a petty charge.

i live in ohio and for possession of marijuana its a minor misdemeanor and for possession of lsd its a felony 4. i know from personal experience

except you dont mention lysergic in that situation, and you know that yes (i'm pretty sure that walmart sells that shit)
