Question on the length of daylight

I was looking at how long my days are and only get to 14.5 hours of sunlight on my longest day! Will that be sufficient enough to keep my plants in veg? I have some seedling & I want to make sure they don't flower until later in the season. Right now i only get 13.5 you think i can put my plants outside without them flowering?

@13.5 they will bloom outside. I just had to bring mine in to reveg. 13.5 Hrs is not enough light for veg.

I think you'll be fine. I keep all my girls, headed outdoors, dialed in at 15 hrs from the get go. (:
Alright well there still young so I'll probably keep then at 24 hours for the next week or so there still only like 2 weeks old then start slowly lowering the light cycle. May 23 is the first day that i get 14 hours of light think I'll put them out then.
You know i moved from nor cal to so cal and figured I'd have longer days since I was farther south but i guess not.

Like Foothills stated above.. when I plan on vegging indoors and planting outside.. I normally do the 15/9 or 16/8 light schedule and transplant towards the end of may when we start to get over 14 hours of sunlight. I've heard of people vegging indoors under 18/6 or 20/4 then not having any problems but I'd rather be on the safe side and not lose any precious time do to early flowering and revegging. Good luck.
