question on stored ammendments

So I had stored a lot of my dry amendments in totes and had left them outside for the past few months due to space limitations inside. Like a dummy, I didn't cover the totes in some tarp/plastic to help keep the water out. I just went out to mix up some new soils and found my problem. One of the totes has leaked in some water and I'm wondering if the stored goods can still be used. The large bag of alfalfa was rolled up and taped shut, but definitely had some moisture work it's way in. The side that was laying flat has some fungal hyphae type growth, web like, on it for sure and it is pretty clumped up now. I'm thinking it should be ok, but I'm wondering if I should avoid using it in case some bad fungi/bacteria got a hold of it with the moisture in there. A couple other things in question being an un-opened bag of oyster flour from BAS and some rock dusts in bread tied plastic bags. The alfalfa seemed to be the most "concerning" of the things in the tote, but am curious how you would approach something along these lines. Also had a tote with rice hulls in it that had a lot of moisture get in. I'll prolly just dry those out somewhat and through them in the compost piles I have out back. I figure I'd do the same with anything else in question under the assumption that some time spent in the piles would take care of any possible issues, but would rather be able to save some of the items as I was hoping to mix up a few batches of some soil for various reasons.

Thanks in advance to your help..

I would trash it ...use it on other areas of the garden, due to bacteria breeding in damp condtions

and buy in a tin garden shed ...lol
