Question on seedlings, with pics

using rapid rooter for the first time, its been 3 days since i germ'd. Out of 20 about 6 came up, some are bending alittle bit. So i put the seedlings in rapid rooters and ten in humididty domes. Should i put the dome under a light once they sprout?

they seem kinda scared of that big ol light at such a young age. imo you could use a florescent for the first couple weeks.

Put them in a lil red cup, or a pot. works for me.

So should I transplant or turn the light off? I just turned the light on 2hours ago when I noticed some of them sprouted. Its a 250 HPS.
