Question on flowering

When do I take clones? I know I gotta start sexing so I can weed out the dudes but do I continue to flower the girls and take clones after a harvest or take clones now? Sry if it's a stupid question.Cheers

take clones now but label the host with the clone in case its male scrap them together

Root scaritication << i cut the clone put it straight into a cup of water with one drop of super thrive,this keeps it from getting dry ,i like the root scaritication method and the way this guy trims the foilage

i don't use a dome or tent of any kind they go under fluorescents room temp say 78 degrees and the soil is kept moist ,i've had great success so far

Really? thanks I'll try it now but are they okay for a 6 hour dark period
