Question on Ebay regulator

Does anyone know if all CO2 regulators can be used for enrichment? I found 1 that's well priced but is normally used for Aquarium plants. Seems to have all the same stuff. Thanks!

well after much consideration, I bought this. I'll let everyone know if it actually works.
