question on diy bubble buckets.

Im starting a bubble bucket. Im planning on doing 2 plants in separate 28 litre tubs. First would i need a external res for the two tubs or would it be okay to fill them manually? And also what sort of power should i be looking for in a air pump to power two 28 litre tubs. Cheers guys any help os welcome.

Yes it would be ok----if you're willing to do the work. I would prefer another res with an inline pump and run continuous circulation to add o2 and allow for nute flush and reload.

In short----larger rez ----less work, (minium 25 gallons of nutes for 1000w).
