Question involving odor.

Just started my first closet grow, and the odor farther down the road is at the forefront of my concerns. Half the closet is dedicated to my seedlings and lighting, the other half still has clothes hanging in it. Farther down the road, will this become an issue? Will the odor adhere and/or seep into clothing? Should I find somewhere else to put my clothes?

i would say that's a big yes to moving the clothes out of your grow.. the smell will definitely get into them later in life.. you should also just look into some kind of odor control as some flowering mj plants can really get stinky, depending on the strain of course.. a cheap way to handle odor for a few small plants is just to use some ona block.. or you may want to think about a carbon filter or an ozone generator..
goodluck with the grow m8..

I will definitely look into findind some Ona Block! Thanks for the tip! I'm only growing three right now (just to increase my female chances), and that's probably all I will ever grow at a time. So the Ona Block should do the trick. I'm still going to move my clothes though. Just in case, and all. Wandering outside to go shopping while smelling like stank certainly can't go over well. lol

how good is this ONA stuff? can it be used insted of a carbon filter, i'm only going to be growing 1 plant but can't really have any odor at all

Ona can certainly be used instead of a Carbon filter. Get the Ona Pro, not regular Ona -- it lasts a lot longer resulting in less expense per year. For one plant, you can probably get the quart sized container, that'll last you many months! I'd say a gallon jug of Ona would last someone up to 2000w of growing space by itself. After that start looking into Carbon filters or Ozone generators or whatnot.

I have 6 plants 24 inches tall in late flower and they smell lol no crazy filters just a air filter from walmart but that keeps it down enough it does have carbon filters. I used a odor neutralizing agent similar to ona in my last grow and my plant ended up with no scent whatsoever dont use it unless you gotta I say let em reak!
