Question for those who have completed a PC grow

Hi guys,

I already have a cabinet grow going on in my closet which houses 2 plants and has a vertical space of 5 feet. So my "big" harvests are taken care of. The thing is I have about a week or two in between harvests where I'm completely dry so I was thinking of keeping a PC grow on the side for extra yield. My place isn't big enough to house another medium sized grow area without making my apartment look like a ghetto drug lab, so PC growing is my only real option here.

My main question isn't about yield or anything like that. I know that I'm definitely going to be harvesting less than an ounce every time, but that's no problem at all. What I really want to know is whether a mid tower case is large enough for an auto flower strain or even a regular strain. I imagine that I will have to lst and/or scrog to stop the plants from getting too tall.

So I guess I'll post a TLDR

Are mid tower cases tall enough for most autos or some normal strains?
Is there a certain strain that any of you prefer for pc growing?

I don't post my shit on here anymore, but I've been using a mrgrowpro pc tower for a year now... I always get a half ounce per plant more recently I'm getting closer to 28g per plant on behalf of new fans, much better soil/nutrients. My case stands at 26.5inches high and just long enough for two girls to mingle in. Main tips/pointers: strain doesn't matter, I grow bag seed from dank nugs and I have done some legit autos... Rule number 1 for me is I never let the lights get more than 3 in away from main canopy. I always keep the top flush and even growth on the plant. I also use uncle bens topping method for 4 main colas instead of one. Just be smart vet the tallest tower you can find make sure you run multiple fans in your garden, I have 1 intake and 2 outakes with a 120 pc fan in the top corner blowing air threw my plants.

If you keep the lights right on top of the plants with.a fan blowing fresh air on.the lights/plants you will get nearly no vertical growth just tight ass nodes. Also when I get a week or two into flower I also switch from just top light to putting one light on either side of the pants to get nice even lighting for the entire plant, or you.could just lolly pop em! Gl man. Ps no offense to this site I love this place and I will never leave but grasscity has a much bigger pc case grow community
