Let's say you have a medical marijuana card in California, and you plant the legal limit of plants in the forest;not on your property. Will your privelages as a medical marijuana patient be taken away because they are not on your property? Will you get busted?

Hello, im currently a medical marijuana patient from California and i have a friend that is also a patient growing a greenhouse in the forest. What he had to do was talk to his lawyer about all the rules and regulations ( i don't know what they are but he did it) and he is currently growing there. So i guess get alot of legal advice before, because whatever he talked with his lawyer about was good to go for his greenhouse.

As a fellow medical grower I would suspect that if you stay within your county's limit you should be free of prosecution for growing the plants. However, you may be guilty of trespassing, etc. Who owns the property you are growing on? They may not be happy about you growing your medicine on their land. And if it's state or national forest it gets into other issues, especially national forest. You are only really protected from the state and local levels, not feds. Be careful! Why not grow on your own land? That's the point of the script is you should be able to grow at home with no fear!
