Question about yield with 4x1000 watt Hps

I currently just set up my new room and have babies in veg and i just built my flower room. It is 12x10 with 9 foot ceilings. I have 4x1000watt hps lights that are aircooled with a couple inline fans and a carbon filter for smell. temps are great, however no co2 hopefully soon though. I run 40 plants in flower at a time that are vegged for 7-8 weeks with topping and suppercropping.I Veg in 3 gal bags with roots organic soil and flower in 10 gal bags. i run a basic botanicare nute line up with liquid karma and sweet. The question is.
With this set up currently do you think 2 zips per plant is possible? that is right around 5 pounds with 4 1000s. it seems high to me but i figured with the extra veg time they should easily get 2 ounces a piece.

I didn't see he was trying to have 40 plants in there
I would go for less plants but grow them bigger
 
well the strains i have are snow, bonanna, and juicy fruit. the reason i was doing 40 plants because that is the current mmj laws in my county.Given the size of the flower room and the lighting that i have what do you think the optimal number of plants in that room would be to get the best yield? All plants are able to get a full 2 months in VEG.

yeaaaaaa i have a similar grow little bit smaller room though. nice to see people blowin it up properlike.

honestly you should be yeilding 1.5-2 LBS/light, you set-up should be pushing out 8 LBS every couple months.....

it depends on size, you could have them on small ass pots, growing small plants lined 12x10 (120 plants) or have them in 3 foot garbage cans and have 4x4 (16 plants........)

it all depends on how long they are vegged for.
 
2 months VEG with LST and toppings. Vegging in 3 gal pots, and will be transplanted to 10 gal 2 weeks before the start flowering. i know it will be easier to tell once i put them in . I just dont want to flower 40 of them and actually get a less yield then if i had only flowered 35 of them, does this make any sense?
