Question about venting grow cabinet

with a small grow cabinet, all you really need to do is the leave the cabinet open fer a couple hours a day. but fer 1 plant a small fan like the cooling fan on a computer is probably enough, but giving the stalks a workout in some wind is really good fer yer plant . you should vent in fresh air with the fan, and make an exit hole anywhere so that the air being pumped in can escape.

yea this is true. in my closet (veg room) i can fit 6 large pots. i like to put them all on a pallet, and then leave a tiny fan (like a pc cooling fan like mentioned b4) blowing fresh air under my pots. fer a cabinet your little fine is probably fine.

dude i asked this exact same question when i started. its best to have that fan at the top of one of the sides, taking air out, at the same time you need to add some holes around the bottom, the fan will suck the new air through the bottom and up to the fan. this means the air will be going up through your plant area. just make sure the holes in the bottom are either big or there are a few of them.

yea, if you just cut holes along the bottom of the sides, like not the bottom bottom, it will be good. and make sure to vent the air out with the fan, not in.
