Question about T5's and the Flowering Cycle

I had this 4 Lamp 2ft T5 light laying around and noticed the buds on the lower branches of the girls werent quite growing on par with the upper. So i decided to add the light to the grow room.

Three Questions.
1. Will this stress the plant at all seeing how it's been in flower for 3 - 4 weeks under a 400w hps and now im all of a sudden i'm adding a cooler light spectrum to into the mix.

2. Will the way i have it set up now (pics below) be beneficial or is the light too far to make any noticeable difference.

3. Will this increase my yield at all?

This is my first grow and i made a lot of mistakes, I don't know what strain it is either...It's bagseed. I didn't wanna do my first run with purchased seeds. Anyway if anyone could answer my questions that would be appreciated...Thanks guys.

It will not stress your plants...it will increase yield but not as much as if you had started from the beginning of 12/12......I would lay it side ways so all the bottom can get light.....t5 are a good source of light......you can flower with just t5 and have good results so adding them as side lighting is a great idea....

Awesome, i took your advice and turned the light sideways. I had to use a filter harness to keep it from tipping foreward but it did the trick. Now the bud sites at the bottom branches are getting plenty of light. Thanks again.
