Question About Privacy Rights

ok lets say you buy a bunch of growing equiptment.
not a shit ton, i mean like a single light, some ferts, soil, and peat pots

It is my understanding that this in itself is not illegal.
Using it to grow cannabis however, would be.

What im wondering is if police can somehow use this information against you to say, charge you with consipiracy to manufacture marijuana and/or conspiracy to violate drug laws???

OR do they have to prove that it was for cannabis use and until then you can tell them to piss off and threaten to sue for slander???

Basically what i want to know is if police can access information about things like what you have purchased, and from where... without first proving that you have used this for marijuana...??

no it is not incriminating evidence to buy grow supplies nor can police do anything about it, many people buy this stuff to grow herbs indoors all the time. you wont raise any flags either for purchasing online. It would be like buying baggies at the grocery store the cops wont think you are going to use them to sell drugs, however purchasing seeds online is a different story.

I still buy seeds online just take different approach
