question about nutes

my plants are 5 weeks old, and im thinkin i should start some nutes. ive got them in MG organic potting mix, 0.10 .05 .05 .

my nutes are expert gardner all purpose. 24 8 16. mixxed a little watery.

are these nutes proper or no? is it time? my plants have a little of that curly leaves but i think thats from temp/humidity, mostly humidity i think.\
