Question about Mars SP250

Hi Guys. Did some of you have a chance to use the Mars SP250? My plants have some bleach on leaf. I adjusted the distance but it cannot work. Did the light can be dimmable? I want to lower the power a little during veg stage. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

One more question: the power right now is 230W under 110V. How it can reach to 250W that Mars advertised?

If it doesn't work , you put it higher, repeat until it work's..
20w wont change a thing..

That light doesn't output enough to burn your plants unless it's almost touching the plants.
