Has anybody out there heard of a grow light causing interference with a cable tv signal, they say there is something putting noise back into the system could this be caused by my lights being to close to the cable line??

Why don't you unplug the light and if the interference goes away then you know the light is causing the interference. If it doesn't go away then you'll have to find another source.

If it does go away you can try moving the cable further away from the lights if possible.

"...as not to interfere with emergency and essential services frequencies, next generation digital ballasts are FCC rated not to interfere with such frequencies...they use a shielding technology to do this...older digital systems were notorious for creating problems. if it's still a problem, i am unaware..."
