question about last 2 weeks before harvest??

in the past using chemical nutes i only waterd with phd water (no nutes) in the final 2 weeks/.. I am now using All Organic. do i still need this 2 week no nute period prior to harvest??
 
I definitely like to let my plans starve a little before the end. The smoothest, cleanest smoke comes from plants that start to yellow due to nitrogen deficiency.

I've been doing all organic and I flush a good 10 days before harvest.

Yeah but don't let them get to the point where they're all dying off! I actually give my flowering plants a few doses of veg nutes during the first few weeks flowering to make sure they don't lose leaves too early.
 
Does any know about turning of the lights for the last few days before harvest? I've heard if they stay dark before you cut them it'll increase the trichome production. does anyone have any advice?
 
useless unless you do it for at least 48-72 hours of darkness. you wont notice the difference.
 
What about adding molasses during last week of flush will that help with bud density or taste! heard honey or tea too?
 
that is only for tru organic.

do you mix up nutes or do you have living soil?? if pumping nutes then no need for molasses as all it does is feed the soil micro-organisms.
 
Flora 3 part Mix nutes, Mg soil.cool thanks. anything to increase bud size? up Bloom? only using 150w Hps only one plant, 8" from top. 3' tall not including pot.
Now feeding 0/5/10//gal. 4 weeks in Fl.
 
i grow organic also what i do is replace food in my schedule with molasses on the last 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before chop down.

i wouldnt worry about adding anything at this point. but i do not use kick start flower adhansers. i believe 12/12 is good enough. i go straight to beastie and then chaching with amazing results. i loosly follow the ff link in my prev post. i got straight to bb at sign of flower.
 
thanks for the info and I guess it is good to have lots of green in your leaves at start of flushing? Will this help buds develop through flushing phase? I'm @ week 5 and still nice and green, minor curling of leaves upward at top cola leaves. 150w 6" from top and osc. fan blowing across top. Am I dehydrating them a little? I do not mist!!!during flower!
 
I think your fine. being you are at weeks 5 and assuming a 60 day flower would not flush for about 2 more weeks.
