question about humidity domes

right now i have my clones and some sprouts in there should i keep the sprouts in there or take them out?
i open the dome every now and then to get some fresh air in there

from what i understand, humidity domes will cause the plant to draw water from the air rather then the roots thus inhibiting root formation in smaller plants and clones. i think they should only be used at the beginning stages to get your plant off to a good start

so do u think i should take the sprouts out then?they are already out the dirt
plus i open the dome every now and then to get some air.and i spray mist to keep some moisture around everwhere too
