Question about hermies and seeds

So i understand what a hermie is, what im not quite sure of is how to deal with it.

Are you supposed to cut off the balls?

Or do you need to get rid of the plant completely?

Theres some kind of nute or something you can use to battle hermie or male qualities?

***If your seed has come from a hermie does it have much if any chance of being a female?**

I ask this because the seeds i got were from some pot that my girlfriend is friends with the growers girlfriend and the pot doesn't look all that great, not very dense and full of seeds. Aparently some males got mixed in with fems and here we are. The pot smokes alright and gets yeah a good buzz goin. But am i wasting time hopeing for fems? i am still learning lots and will continue grow but i should get some good seeds from the store eh? my seedlings are just entering week 2, if you want to check out my journal :). We started saving these seeds just for shits n gigs but then i started really getting into it, now its all i can think of, its all i want to read about and hear about. Its only been 1 week since i put em in the dirt and ive learned alot, not enough though and i can thank RIU for its extensive articles and pictures, in guiding me along my cultivation.

Well a hermie is a male and female together. Quality goes down with seeding. You can either chop off the balls if you have the time, or kill it which is preferred. Hermie plant will introduce hermie genetics into the plant's seeds, increasing the chance that the seeds will be hermied.

It's really up to you if you want to kill it or just cut it but if you have other females, and you notice it before it seeds them all, kill it. If you are too late just let it go
