Question about growing in a Jiffy mini greenhouse

Ok I germinated my seeds in one of those Jiffy mini disposible greenhouses. my question is when am I supposed to take the dome off. most of the seeds have sprouted already and have began to show their first true leaves. I began germination on 09/16/2010.

I just bought one of these and I want to know as well.

Once they are all standing tall with the first true leaves you can take it off for a short time - like 20 min or so at a time. Over a few days you leave it open longer as they get stronger. You just don't want to make any sudden changes
