Question about double ended power cords

I just bought my first double ended light setup from Xtrasun hydrofarm. The cord that it comes with is not long enough. Can I use one of my single ended cords to plug into the double ended ballast?

You should be able to but read the specs on the cord heads. Some aren't made to take a heavier load.
